The initial consultation will include a case history, diagnostic scan, and treatment
Tools used: Himalayan Singing Bowls, Quartz Crystal Bowls, Toning, and grounding. Other elements are introduced in sessions 2 & 3 such as Gong and drum if indicated.
It is recommended that clients having individual sound therapy commit to a series of three treatments (after which assessment takes place).
Mantra Therapy necessitates a minimum of 30 days between each consult. You will need to adopt a 30 day practice with the given mantra. Checking in over Zoom or phone, weekly, is included.

Price quoted is a flat rate. If there are 4 participants it is just £15.00 each, 3 participants £20.00 each, 2 participants £30.00 each.
Rates for group work vary enormously and depend on various factors. Please contact me for more details.
